Art is what brings me back home.

Items from the earth, from tiny hands gifted back. The scent of coffee and fire, the familiar pull of thread through my fingers. Picture writing- stories told and shared with shapes.

Danyelle Woods is an artist, mother, and educator who lives and creates in Chattanooga, Tennessee with her husband, Luke, and their three sons. She is a lover of and believer in all things soft and gentle and hopes to create a safe space within her work for others to step in from the cold to the same. Danyelle’s work is a combination of known and unknown forms, created with organic materials made by the earth.
